As a On-Site Technician at Wagstaff, your role involves ensuring the upkeep of our equipment, vehicles, and facility structures. This includes conducting both routine and ad-hoc maintenance tasks on various machinery such as CNC machine tools, power tools, overhead cranes, lighting systems, HVAC units, and other equipment.

• Schedule: Expect to work for three consecutive days starting from Friday to Sunday in 12-hour shifts. You will be clocking in a total of 36 hours of work, but earning the pay equivalent to a full 40-hour workweek
• The salary ranges from $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, contingent on the individual's level of expertise
• Swing Shift Premium: An extra $2.00 per hour will be provided
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000

Wagstaff produces machinery for aluminum manufacturers, who transform molded aluminum into various everyday goods.

Requirements:

Requirement includes a current driver's license with a clean record over the last three years and either two years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent educational background.

Working Environment

During the course of this position, the worker will encounter mobile mechanical components, machinery, and apparatus as well as oscillation. They may come in contact with gases or suspended particles which can be harmful or corrosive. Some responsibilities involve potential electric jolt hazards and other dangers linked to a production setting. Tasks might entail working at elevated, precarious sites, operating in outdoor climate conditions, and facing severe temperatures occasionally. The decibel level in the operational setting is frequently high. Given these conditions and risks, the utilization of suitable personal protective gear and attire is mandatory.
