Requirements for the Assistant Director of Nursing position:

• Active RN license
• Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of experience in an ADON or comparable role

The duties encompass a wide range of tasks and are not restricted to only a few:

• Acts as a go-between for the Director of Nursing and the nursing team.
• Engage in supporting the progression and attainment of the nursing division's aims and targets.
• Support in executing and overseeing adherence to guidelines, protocols, and norms in line with both company and external regulatory frameworks.
• Offer hands-on care to residents based on the required staffing levels.
• Interact with others with utmost honesty and integrity at all times.
