Necessary qualifications for the role of Assistant Director of Nursing:

• Active RN license
• Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in an ADON or an equivalent position are preferred

• Serves as a mediator between the Director of Nursing and the nursing staff.

• Administer direct assistance to residents as needed according to staffing requirements.
