As a Field Engineer at Wagstaff, your responsibilities revolve around ensuring the proper functioning of our equipment, vehicles, and facility buildings. This includes conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various types of machinery, including CNC machine tools, power tools, overhead cranes, lighting systems, and HVAC equipment.

• You will be working in 12-hour shifts from Friday through Sunday, accumulating a total of 36 working hours with the notable advantage of being remunerated for a full 40-hour workweek
• Depending on one's level of experience, the payment can be set at $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
• Swing Shift Premium: A $2.00 per hour bonus is included
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000

Wagstaff designs equipment for aluminum manufacturers, who turn shaped aluminum into everyday products.

Requirements:

A current driver's license with a clean traffic record for the last three years and a minimum of two years in industrial maintenance or comparable educational background are required.

Working Environment

Throughout the performance of this employment role, the worker will experience mobile mechanical parts, machinery, and tools as well as shaking. There may be contact with fumes or suspended particles and hazardous or burning chemicals. Amidst certain job tasks, there is a danger of electrical jolts and other risks linked to a manufacturing environment. Duties might entail working at tall, unstable locations, working in outdoor weather conditions, and facing extreme temperatures periodically. The noise level within the work atmosphere is commonly high. Given this environment and associated hazards, the use of suitable personal protective equipment and clothing is obligatory.
