LGH, founded in 1990, is a pivotal figure in the hoisting and rigging equipment rental industry, offering rental equipment necessary for erecting, maintaining, and fixing structures like bridges and sports arenas.

Join our team and utilize your mechanical skills to maintain our high-quality rental equipment, ensuring it is immediately available for safe use.

This role allows you to apply your knowledge of mechanics in order to:

• Facilitate equipment rental orders and conduct assessments to confirm they comply with our quality standards.
• Break down, troubleshoot, rectify, reconstruct, and verify the operation of varied electrical, manual, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery.
• Carry out recurring preventative maintenance on rented machinery.
• Use forklift equipment to load and unload delivery trucks and move items within the warehouse as a standard part of daily job responsibilities.
• Conduct the transportation of rental orders using company vehicles in a secure and efficient manner.

Full-time employment entails working Monday through Friday, starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 4:30 p.m., with the possibility of extra hours when necessary.

The minimum hourly compensation is $19.37 at the commencement of employment

You could potentially receive a $1.00 per hour wage hike after six months of employment, and annual performance-based salary increases beginning at one year and continuing each year after that.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or its similar alternative is a prerequisite for education/training.

Experience:

• An established mechanical background is highly valued in applicants.
• Preference for candidates with hands-on experience using tools.
• Experience operating air hoists, comealongs, manual hoists, electric hoists, or other rigging tools can be an advantage but is not essential.

Certifications/Licenses:

• The position necessitates a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to meet insurance underwriting guidelines.
• When starting a job, employees must have DOT certification (covered by the employer) and it should be continuously maintained.

Physical Requirements:

• Aptitude for moving items up to 50 pounds in weight.
• Should be capable of lifting and moving items up to 55 lbs in weight.
