Qualifications needed to be considered for the ADON position:

• Active RN license
• It is preferred for applicants to have at least one year of experience in a role similar to ADON

The job entails a broad spectrum of responsibilities, which may go beyond the specified ones:

• Acts as a bridge between the Director of Nursing and the nursing team.
• Take part in the establishment and attainment of the objectives and aspirations of the nursing section.
• Assist in the enforcement and oversight of compliance with policies, guidelines, and standards that align with corporate and external regulatory protocols.
• Deliver hands-on care directly to residents as staffing demands dictate.
• Uphold a standard of honesty and integrity in every interaction you have.
• A thorough outline of your job expectations will be outlined once you are brought on board.
